Potatoes

Does anyone know on refeed day 3 can ya have the equivalent of 8 ounces of baby new potatoes rather than one big one?

On day 4 it says you can have either a medium jacket or 6 small new potatoes - so If your desperate to have them i would have 6 small ones or 8oz or whichever is less? X

Strange. In mine it says you can have a 8oz jacket potato on day 3 but doesn't allow you an option for baby new potatoes until day 4. Which was why I advised as per my thread. Did you try the new potatoes and if so did you put on any weight? If not then hopefully it's all ok! X

Hey hows things? I just rang Lipotrim and the lady I spoke to said it wont make any difference so Phew!!!! Was getting worried there!!
