I think i've lost a pound. BUT I didn't weigh myself in the normal clothes I do (I was wearing jeans and a thick polo shirt today) so I'm kind of not using it and going to just weigh myself next Monday for 2 weeks I think as they were different scales too.

This may sound lame, but I am hoping to lose 1 Stone by the end of next semester. I am taking a heavy load of classes and it will be difficult for me to find time to exercise. However, I am also going to FINALLY be buying my own food (being newly married) and will be able to control what food there is in my new home with my soon-to-be hubby. This means veggies, whole grains, lean meat, fruit and NO JUNK!

Over the summer I will have a lot more time. I have an exercise bike, dumbbells, Tae Bo and Leslie Sansone DVDs and an exercise mat that I am looking forward to using most days during the summer to get into great shape once more!

Okayyyy, so I've just worked out that 50lb is actually 3 1/2 stones....I lost that in 6 months earlier on this year, so I think in 4 months it's pretty unrealistic for me.

Can I reduce mine to 25lb instead please? And anything extra is a bonus.

Hi everyone, sorry I've been absent but I've still been a bit down lately and have had some crap to deal with. I've been feeling really quite low and in all honestly I've not weighed myself recently as I am feeling like I must have gained with how I've felt lately.
BUT, good news, I'm getting back on the wagon again and am going to get back on the diet and start working out again. I simply mustn't let this hard work go to waste and must get rid of anything I've gained - if its anything at all. Its TOTM atm so I dare not do a weigh in but will do one next time around after a bit of a detox

I know I posted a similar post a few weeks ago but things got a bit worse after that and I got more depressed - vicious circle really.

So hopefully I am back for good now. I've missed coming on Minimins but I wouldn't have been much good to anyone. Hopefully being back will spur me on and put me in a better mood too
