Pouting fillets (speed food?)

Been given some pouting fillets (white fish).

Can anyone tell me if its a speed food please. Can`t find it in my book.

I don't know bit as it's a member of the Cod family I would look up whether Cod is a speed food and assume the same.

There's a fab recipe on Tesco's site for fish baked on a bed of tomatoes, peppers mushrooms etc, I made it (omitting the oil) and it was lovely!

I have just got these instead of cod for my fish pie! Cod is way to expensive! They're speed food!
