    Hi,
just wondering if anyone has tried using the latest fad in exercise a Powerplate.
I have been for a free trial today and thought it was pretty good, however it costs £7 for a 10 min go
basically its a vibrating late that causes your muscles to reflex at a rate of 30 times a second causing them to tone up with no great effort. Allegedly used by footballers and madonna
Does anyone have any experience of them? Do they do what it says on the tin?? is it worth it??
    Thanks

I use it for stretching on. I haven't tried any of the actual exercises with it but one thing I will say is that unfortunately when it comes to getting a 'gym body' there really aren't any shortcuts regardless of what someone's PR company would have you believe. ;)

It's certainly not worth £7 for 10 minutes, my goodness, just join a gym that has one and you can use it free!
