hi ladies... Was wondering does anyone have any free syn or low syn recipe ideas for marie rose sauce?

fromage frais
worscestshire sause
tabasco
cayenne pepper
small amount of passata
lemon juice

mix to the consistency you like
i think this should work

I make a dressing for my salads using quark, cider vinegar, powdered mustard, and splenda. Take out the mustard and add some passata which as been reduced in the micro. Hope that helps

I make mine with....... EL mayo, tomato ketchup, mustard, worcester sauce & lemon juice. Obviously depends on the quantities used how many syns it will be
