Red Day Prawns

So I've had a sort out of the freezers,
I've got so many king prawns some cooked some raw? Any suggestions of what I should do with them? I do mostly red days, but am open to EE!

Weve just had King prawn curry was lush x
Basically used the recipe off sw website for chicken curry and replaced the chicken with King prawns and chucked a load of mushrooms in too x

I do king prawns with elf Philli with a squirt or two of chilli sauce (the one u use when u go chinese) cook until
Sauce is thick and it's lush served with a baked egg pie...... Bacon chopped with veg in 3 eggs in a casserole dish mix all
Together and bake in oven tastes a bit like a quiche. But fab red day recipe.
