Pre cd?

    Evening all right I have from
    Tomorrow 2 weeks until I start 2nd attempt at cd, my new consultant is away till after half.
    So I need to cut out all the sugar crap ect did any of you do a pre cd diet? I really want to get it right and try to get prepared as much as possible! Thanks guys x

    yep - I cut out caffeine and reduced my food right down to the 'green and white' ingredients plus a little bit of fresh fruit and lots of fresh water, cut out excessive fat and sugar.. I think it was worth it because starting on CD was much easier than I expected.

    I also did that. Make sure you up water to 3 litres day

    Yes lower your carb intake and you will find it alot easier as you will get less cravings etc
