Pregnant and wanting to maintain

Breakfast- 8sp

Oats so simple banana and strawberry porridge pot, chopped banana


Lunch- will be Roast chicken

Chicken, roasted new potatoes, homemade Yorkshire puddings, stuffing, gravy and heaps of vegetables.

I haven't been well, migraine decided to stay with me for nearly 3 days! As you can imagine, the diet was the last thing on my mind.

Back on the wagon today! Hopefully.

Back! And weighing in at 10st 6 arggghhhhh!
Been hit with a bout of depression, I suffered bad with anxiety and depression for years but have been really well for the last 3/4 years.... But every now and then I'm hit with a few days of feeling like I can't get out of bed and this unbearable sadness.

Fingers crossed I'm better tomorrow.

I feel ok today, but teary but that could be hormones from the pregnancy.
Just about to go boil some eggs lol, really fancy them today xx

Do they have to be cooked through when you're pregnant? I'm doing ok now, pretty much back to normal I would say x
