Does anyone know the total syn value for a Marks & Spencer New York Deli Pastrami on rye sandwich?
If not, what are some good choices when buying prepack and which ones taste good? Thanks

Hi could only find the above so guess would be similar syn wise. I would think that the count on us range would be the better choice. Most are around 12.5 syns and then you can deduct 6 syns for your HEXB choice. Im not sure how tasty they are as I normally make my own to avoid temptation as all the choices are just too tempting
