Hi, am new to SW and trying to find out how many syns in the tune mayo and cucumber baguette? I had bite of my girlfriends... then went and ate a whole one!

So, does that mean all of it counted as syns. Surly the tuna and cucumber is ok. The bread mayo and butter might be a problem!! How do
