Hi, does anyone know the points in these? I can't figure it out as it only gives you nutrition info for per 100g. Thanks for any help in advance xx

Hello, not sure but.. You could weigh how ever many you want and then put say 50g for example into the calculator. And count how ever many mallows 50g is and then you know in the future

Thanks but I don't have the calculator, I just do it with the online calculator which doesn't let you put in portion size so you have to put in the NVs of the portion you are eating. I go to the classes but just haven't bought the calculator yet. Thanks for the advice tho xxx
