I have only been doing this 2 days so will post what I had yesterday first and then post todays.

Breakfast - 2 apples and 2 satsumas.

Dinner - Tofu scramble, baked beans and 2 slices dry toast (hexB x2).

Tea - Couscous, broccoli and goodlife mango and lentil wedge (3.5 syns).

Snacks - 1 pack chicken and herb supernoodles and 1 Nakd cocoa delight bar (8 syns).

Drinks - 4 x water, 2 x diet coke, 3 coffees (with soya milk from allowance).

Total syns = 11.5.

Breakfast - 1 peach, 1 pear and 2 satsumas.

Lunch - Tofu scramble and mushy peas.

Tea - Couscous, good life mango and lentil wedge (3.5 syns) and salad (carrot, celery, spinach and lettuce).

Snacks - 2 slices wholemeal toast (HexB x 2) with 2 tsps dairy free vitalite (4 syns).

Drinks - 3 water, 2 diet cokes, 1 black tea and 3 coffees (with soya milk from allowance).

Total syns = 7.5.
 
Breakfast - 1 apple, 2 satsumas and 1 Alpro smooth strawberry and banana yoghurt (2.5 syns).

Dinner - Jacket potato and baked beans.

Tea - Lentil and vegetable dahl sprinkled with toasted nori flakes and brown rice.

Snacks - Carrot and cucumber sticks, banana, 32g bag McCoys (8.5 syns), 2 slices wholemeal toast (HexB x2) with 2 tsp dairy free vitalite (4 syns).

Drinks - 4 x water, 2 x diet coke and 3 x coffees with soya milk from allowance.

Total syns = 15.

Done a bit of bellydancing today for exercise.

Breakfast - 28g Bran flakes (HexB) with rice milk (HexA) and 2 satsumas.

Dinner - Leftover lentil and vegetable dahl with wholemeal pasta.

Tea - Homemade syn free chips and mushy peas with 2 tbsps brown sauce (2 syns).

Snacks - 1 apple, 2 slices wholemeal toast (1 HexB and 1 5 syns) with 2 tsps dairy free vitalite (4 syns).

Drinks - 1 x diet coke, 3 x water and 3 x coffee with soya milk from allowance.
 
Well haven't posted in a few days and I can't be bothered to type everything up so just gonna post yesterdays and todays. Got weighed on Wedneday and had lost 6lb so quite happy with that. :)

Yesterday

Breakfast - Fruit salad (melon, strawberries, pineapple, grapes and apple).

Dinner - Baked beans on 2 slices wholemeal toast (HexB x2).

Tea - Tofu scramble and mushy peas.

Snacks - Carrot sticks, food doctor lentil and couscous wholesome pot (2 syns) and a Nakd gingerbread bar (8 syns).

Drinks - 1 green tea, 4 waters and 3 coffees with soya milk from allowance.

Total syns = 10.
 
Today

Breakfast - 1 apple, 1 pear and some grapes.

Dinner - Wholemeal pasta and passata.

Tea - McCains jacket potato (1 syn) with baked beans and 1 slice wholemeal bread for dipping (HexB)

Snacks - Thai chilli supernoodles, carrot sticks, strawberries, 2dsp sunflower seeds (HexB), 2 bourbon biscuits (7 syns) and 1 Nakd choc orange bar (6.5 syns).

Drinks - 2 green teas, 3 waters and 3 coffees with soya milk from allowance.

Total syns = 14.5.
