pro points

I am doing the old WWdiscover plan at home lost 3lbs in 1st week eating 18points.
I would like to find a little more about pro points before deciding weather to start a class.
How are your points worked out?
If I'm eating 18 and am full will I not put weight on if eating more on pro points?
Is all fruit and veg free?
Do they have an eating out guide with pro points?
Iv looked at some of the pro points food diary and can't help thinking is eat to much on the plan.
 
on propoints, things work out to be more points so if something was 2 points on discover it maybe 4points on the propoints plan.
Most Fruit and veg is free, the main exclusions are parsnips, peas, sweetcorn and potatoes.
They have an eatin out guide and its pretty extensive i got mine on ebay for about a fiver.
