    hi, are saussages counted as a free food ? if they are chicken or pork?
    i love the chicken or turkey sausages ?

    'Fraid not hun! Big synnage on the sausage front!
    Let us know which you like and we can look for you. There are some very low syn and even free sausages though.

    thanks jaylou was thinking that, i've no asda or morrisons beside me :( denny chicken sausages are ones i like but i'd do without them if i have to :)

    I have Tesco Light Choices Cumberland sausages which are a syn each. They are okay for a casserole!
