I'm getting bored of the packs already and it's only been 4 days :(

Have you tried different veg for your allowance? Or adding some herbs and spices, or a little soy sauce? You can serve the veg in different ways- there's loads of ideas on the sticky thread.

Find something to occupy your mind whilst eating so you don't have to think of it!
 
Make really nice protein meals for yourself and try to make each meal presentable and enjoyable. Only way I've managed five months!

Few examples of what I do often

Spanish omlette

Baked eggs - throw in dome greens

Eggs with asparagus to dip

Jerk chicken with veg

Curry pack with spinach - well seasoned

Strawberry porridge (add two spoons of shake)

Thai soup with lashings of crunchy veg thrown in

Crispy choc pudding

Any shake blended with tonnes of ice and 1/2 milk allowance

I also find a nice drink helps

Using some milk for a latte
Zero coke or Dr pepper
Redbush tea

That's great thanks.

My problem is I usually take my protein meal to work mon to wed and I'm stuck with what to do cause we don't have a microwave or anything so can't cook. Salad is about all I can manage :(

I would save your protein meal for the evening hunny, somethin to look forward to and super filling

Shake or soup at work if no microwave??

To be honest when I think of having a shake it puts me off :(. Didn't order any soup this time round cause it was my first week plus I done cd before and didn't like the soup ;(.

Maybe this isn't for me :(

I chop a bar up and snack in it through the day as apose to eating it all at once.

Shake & a huge salad with alternating protein would hold you hun - chicken, smoked fish, prawns, veggie protein, eggs

Play around with the combinations, stick with it hun you won't regret it

I'm not liking many of the packs either and I'm having 4 a day without a protein meal, which does make it harder but I just see it as something I have to do and if I end up having the same couple of flavours every day well so be it, I'm losing weight and that's what matters.

Some people cook their packs and make muffins, so that might be worth a try, I add coffee to my latte,vanilla & caramel shakes, all of which I have hot and adding veg to a meal pack helps ring the changes too. Stick with it, experiment a bit & you'll be glad you did x
 
Well im still on it lol.

Had a caramel shake for breakfast and got chicken with garlic salt for lunch and a bar then for dinner im gonna have spag bol or mushroom pasta with mushroom and maybe some cauliflower and broccoli :)

Hungry the now but its because iv not had enough water today yet :( lol

Glad your still with it hun, have water and tea, at least 4 litres. Really helps

Lunch was yumm :) think i went overboard with the garlic tho lol

Still got my bar to have later on to then dinner when i gt home.

2moro will be easier as i am off work.
