As Ive just gone back to class today the consultant mentioned that packet ham is not free just the gammon type ham that is sliced. Ive eaten pack of m&s extra lean ham in the past.

    Does anyone know?

Lots of packet ham IS free on red and EE. If you have the syns directory there are millions (maybe an exaggeration) that are free in fact!
The M&S extra lean IS free and myself I count most wafer thin packet hams as free but I usually eat the Tesco or M&S ones.

    Turkey ham ISN'T free though.

I usually have the M&S one as well, the consultant at class last night said only the fresh sliced ham like they sell at the deli counter is free not the packet ones.

I always thought they were free so I will carry on eating it ha!

Living in Spain its nearly impossible to get fresh ham like you do in the UK so have always used the packet stuff and it hasn't stopped my weight loss. I do tend to use the packet thin sliced chicken more though.
