Hi

My first ever diary. I started to follow slimming world from home in January. Started at 221.6lbs and got so low as 197lbs. For some reason fell off the plan and now I'm starting again at 204.6lbs.

This time I have to get there, for my husband and daughter, for our next child (ttc) and for myself. I've done it before with eating little and exercising lots so now I want to do it the healthy mintainable way.

Day 1... Here goes...
 
Today I've been back at work and had a successful day

Breakfast - bran flakes and milk, banana
Lunch - fruit in jelly, Apple, orange, velvet crunch crisps
Dinner - scrambled egg, lettuce, beetroot
Snack - Freddie frog, miller light

Syns - 9

Been quite sedentary today, as per normal. I'm not too worried about this as I was loosing weight like this before.

Any suggestions or improvements?
