Thursday afternoon's are always snack attack as I am off work and do all the housework, dog walk, big food shop etc - this means snacking as hungry or when I eventually sit down I want a little nibble:rolleyes:. Only 13 of my weekly used so not too bad :p

Dinner was really tasty - 9 points for the Tesco Light choices meal and was fab. Only 9 pp and £1.50 too! Will def be buying again. I found quite a few things in Tesco which look tasty and aren't too bad on price or p.points eg Youngs "it's in the bag" wild red salmon in garlic and herb butter - was 2 for £5 and only 6pp. The other one was Haddock in wholegrain mustard which is 6pp. I was surprised as some of the WW products are showing the pro points - I thought they weren't introducing the new products until the main launch in January - fine by me tho!

Exercise = 30 min dog walk/ball launch - my arms are hurting! housework, Tesco shop, Christmas shopping, and morning rushing round at work.

How's everyone else been doing today?;)

Your dinner sounds good, havent had any ready meals but def starting to think about making a few nights a week a bit easier for my hubbie....have brough some fish in breadcrumbs which was fairly low in points but love the sound of your salmon :D I made my fav meal tonight as hubbie had a filling so was feeling very sorry for himself.....this also means that he hasn't cooked since last weigh in  looking forward to a good weigh in now next week lol
I've just blubbed through Corrie  how sad am I lol
On a brighter note I've booked tomorrow afternoon off.....time to catch up with home life and make a start on some wrapping pressies :)
Hope you have a great day tomorrow
xx

Lou - The chicken and sauce were low but I had lots of stir fry vege (which I stir the sauce into) and courgettes nom noms. Hubby was on a late tonight so he didn't get in till 9 pm, I don't eat a lot in the evening when he's not around - its his fault then I eat too much

Exercise = 3.5 hours solid walking around shops for Crimbo shopping - all done save for hubby's. I've got a stinking cold ache all over and am fed up. I nearly succombed to a KFC tonight but didnt. I'm now waiting for hubby to actually notice the steamer has "pinged" if he can tear himself away from the TV, actually no chance so off I go to get dinner ready. Getting hacked off now!
