Protein bars

Hi, I am not doing low carb, but I am searching for some nice protein bars that are also purse-friendly and thought you might be able to help??

Any recommendations?

I love the Atkins Advantage bars - chocolate and orange, and caramel peanut butter flavours are my favourite - they're not cheap though unfortunately

Whoa check out the ingredients: Soy Lecithin, Sucralose, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Soy. Dude, this is not healthy at all.

Yes, agree, not healthy.

Also, some of us cannot eat them at all, and that would include me ..... have realised that I react badly to polyols, of which these bars have a lot. (You really don't want to know the details, believe me.) And they also seem to completely stall any weight loss, for me at least.

myprotein do some good protein bars, tasty and quite cheap. I've also discovered a protein ice cream, which tastes just like the real thing!
