protein shakes

i dont know if this is really the right bit to post in but i was thinking of using protein shakes as part of my diet.

its really low carb and im almost finished my cs ones.

i dont do weight training or anything like that but im worried it'll make me really fat!

what do you guys think?

I don't see why it should. As far as I remember other low carb diets I've seen like Rose Elliot, and Protein power all advocate the use of Protein shakes.
