Have been going for a week and 2 days to group. Had stuck 100% and lost 5 1/2 pounds. But I kept having these horrendous headaches, that ended this week with me having 3 severe migraines in a week. I've had 3 migraines my entire life prior to this! Finally worked out the only new thing I was eating that could be a trigger was sweetener/diet squash. I've never really had those before, since I've got a 'thing' about artificial food; I find it creepy lol. Cut it out and poof! No more constant headaches and migraines! But they had left me feeling whacked out, fragile etc. And I worked yesterday, only had a 10 minute break all day. A 12 hour shift turned into 13 1/2 due to our governments awesome nhs cuts making working impossible. So I got home 2230 feeling exhausted, cranky and extremely sorry for myself lol. Was gonna blow it with takeaway of chips, gravy, frijj milkshake and bar of galaxy. Somehow, the angel on my shoulder won against the demon and I ended up telling myself not to be a lazy baby and made slimming world chips and ASDA meat free burger instead. And it did cheer me up too! So hopefully losses will be good. I'm a bit worried as I barely ate on the migraine days due to vomiting and I'm one of those people who needs to eat enough to lose weight.
