Psst... Something NEW is on the way!

That is my concern. How it reads on what little we know at present is that you can eat as much of one item as you like as often as you like in exchange for your weeklies, and I know from past experience that this kind of behaviour is why I got so heavy in the first place! I lack willpower when it comes to food, and I will guarantee you that letting me have even one gram more of my favourite foods is going to lead to me gaining. It's the kind of bad eating behaviour I'm trying to break, not encourage!
I strongly hope they've had more sense than to introduce anything like that!

It's why SW never worked for me and why I have HAD to remove certain foods (cheese, crisps, sugar, and white flour are the main ones) from my diet even though WW says you can eat anything so long as you point it. And why I will never eat those things again.

my leader has just informed me it's not changing just the Way we think about it is x

Sent from my GT-I9300 using MiniMins

My leader told me similar tonight, she said there weren't really any changes but it will make you think about how you do things more.

Don't panic. I think it's about making more healthier choices about how you "spend" your points x. The mantra is "Ww isn't changing, you are" x

No wild theory's at all and it's really not changing from what I've heard :) x

We got told its more why we feel the way we do about food, and the sciences behind it.

And we all get new folders!

But if you cant wait until next weeks meetings its being revealed in the press this Sunday :)

And just reading back over last couple of posts about new folders, I know that someone in work does SW and they are having new folders next week I think. Do the 2 plans usually go in tandem like this?

Do you know if we will we get these at this weeks meetings?

Got the new folder last night. A bit of a let down really. It was a case of 'who DOESN'T know this stuff - we just chose to ignore it and so got the way we are/were'
