psyllium husk

Is it ok to take psyllium husk capsules while on sole source?

hi janette, yes taking psyllium husk capsules is absolutley fine!!! i have been taking them since i started and i did last time i did Cd and it keeps you er moving lol, ( i usualy have a lot of problems when i on a diet with toilet business!!!) I got two great big tubs for a tenna from holland and barrat so they are cheaper than taking fibre89 from cambridge.

I take some fibresure stuff which is made with phyllium husks - and I find it doesnt do a damn thing for me Only thing that gets me moving is senekot max or plus or whatever it is! :s

I didn't know you could get capsules. i bought natural psyllium husks which you mix with water. absolutely foul. couldn't get it down as i was gagging so much.
