use your fave shake!!

i uses butterscotch or vanilla, put in a bowl then add 1 or 2 heaped table spoons of husks and mix (i use 1 table spoon), and then add hot water (from kettle not boiling) and mix well with a whisk adding more water as you whisk (i uses 300mil in total)

enjoy.. i love them :)

Hi,

This porridge sounds lovely, is it okay to have on SS?

I am on my 3rd week and feel I need something new.

Sorry for all the questions but still feeling my way into this way of life!
