OK! People have them on LL/Cambridge..they are 100 per cent fibre, 0 cals or carbs and not absorbed by the body - just absorb water and pass through the gut, so I wondered.

I dont see why not. Ive been having my water with the Cambridge Diet powders which makes it much easier to slip down than plain ol boring tap water and its not affected me at all, Im still in ketosis and still very smellybreathed!

Not wanting to dis LT at all but perhaps they sell the fibreclear to make a bit of profit? Mind you, my pharmacist gave both Barrie and I a free sample of Fibreclear so maybe Im being a bit harsh on good ol LT.

well that's what I thought...I didn't want to spend the money on Fibreclear when I know I can get these so much cheaper...I'm not rolling in spare cash at the moment!
