NOt sure, best to ask chemist.. They do recommend fibreclear for thos with constipation.. not sure of what it is or cost or anything

on cd you can have them, and lt and cd are pretty much the same so i dont see why you cant have them. i take them in tablet form. you can get them from any health food shop :)

hiya all,

does anybody know if we can have psyllium husks while on lipotrim? it is used for constapation but i have been given a recipe for crisps using the chicken soup and the psyllium husks.
Anybody got any ideas?

ur meant to get a free sachet of fibreclear with ur first lot of shakes. if they dont give it u, u shud ask for it. quite a big packet too xx

you can use psyillium husks /powder or tablets but check that they dont have anything else in them some of the tablets do .You need the husks for using in the shakes or soups ,they are only fibre so have no calories and just pass throu your system .You need to add bit more water to the mix and drink little bit more ,I used them all the time while on a vlcd used to make my vanilla shake into a porridge yum :D.If you look on the CD site (or one of the other vlcd stickys theres a recipe thread with some good ideas .Do a search on psyillium husks it has been discussed many times before xx

ooo im curious now. so we can have as much of them as we want?
