Pub lunch

Got a lunch with my team today at a place that does upmarket pup food.... any idea what I should opt for?
I've only been doing the diet since Monday so don't want spoil things!

What would some of your WW experts have... bearing in mind I'm still getting my head round points and getting a grip of thing!

Personally I would have a steak (it's even got the weight for you) and ask them to leave off the chips and give me salad instead.

And if they are having starters I would have some olives.
