Hi, new to all this ! I was wondering about pudding rice, is it free? I've looked it up, it looks like some are . Which one is best to buy ?
Had 2nd weigh in, total of 6.5 lb gone , hubby is down ONE FULL STONE !!!

Pudding rice is free on green and ee, not sure the syn value on a red day though.

Yum, I've been having a little pudding rice in my breakfast yogurt and fruit, fills me up nicely till lunchtime!
