puffed wheat cereal..

    hey all..

    just wanted to double check before breakfast tomorrow.. morrisons puffed wheat, i can have and ounce and half of yes? HEB

    also, the box seems really light, im wandering if i bought an empty box lol :p

    I just had a look at the list of B choices on the website and the only entry I can find for puffed wheat is 28g puffed wheat + 2 oat/scan bran...

    hmm my consultant said 42 g (or what ever an ounce and half is) ?? cause she always raves about it to new members who complain about 28g of cereal?? x

    yeah i wouldnt eat the scanbran either, ive never heard of it before i joined sw actually lol

    okay, well iv weighed out 28g, cause that seems far too much anyways lol dont wanna be eating too much and il double check and let u all know wednesday xxx

    Just checking if you are syning the Rice Krispies as they don't have enough fibre to be a Healthy Extra (made a very similar mistake when I started hence me checking xx)

    Hmm.. so i hvant seen my consultant yet to double check.. but after having them yesterday :( with loads of sweetner, iv decided they are gag.. and have no intention of ever eating them again :-| !!!
