I'm going to atempt at doing this at the mo will let you know how it goes.

i'm planning on changing the cream for fromage frais the brown sugar for sweetner and leaving out the pastry.
will let you know if it taste anything like.
its not bad its not as nice as the real thing of course but it tastes simlar this is what i did no quatuities yet cause i was just playing.

puree pumpkin (i was aiming for 250g same as orginal)
fromage frais (in orginal i used a full tub of single cream so i tried to match that size)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 eggs

i cooked it in a casserole dish for 10 mins on 220c and 45 mins on 180c same as orginal

its almost there maybe if i played around with amounts but good first try
