PUTTING WEIGHT BACK ON?

    Just a quick question....

    When you make your target weight, do you think when you start eating three meals a day again you will put weight on? I am just worried that even if I am not snacking or overindulging, eating three meals a day will see me gain weight, albeit just a little?

    Anyone have any experience with that? I'd be really interested to hear what you all think?

    Slimming world/Low calorie dieting
    I am currently having a week off sf n counting cals, having porridge for breakky, soup for lunch, similar low cal snx n a medium cal tea to see what happens so I will let u know hun x
    I think as long as yr system has got used to eating less good on SF u get used to eating less normally I have definitely become more aware about wot I am eating xx
    I did last wk on sf for lunch n porridge for breakky n put 2lb on but I reckon its cos I on TOTM!
    I will keep u up to date, I have a diary too Hun x
