Quaker Oats - Heaps of Fruit..Syn value?

I saw these in Tesco and they were on offer but I was apprehensive to take them before I consulted you guys! They look quite convenient but I didn't want to buy them incase the syns are too high.

Does anyone have any idea how many syns they would be? Below is a link for reference.

They seem to be quite high in sugar, if you look at the ingredients list. If you bought some ordinary plain oats and added some fresh or frozen fruit after cooking, the oats would be a HEXB and the fruit would be free. Cheaper too.
