I can't buy Quark out here so I've been buying 0% fromage blanc from lidl and straining it overnight in a coffee filter - it really thickens up and only costs about €1 for a kilo tub. Am I right in thinking I can eat as much of it as I want? With a touch of almond or vanilla essence and some liquid sweetner it tastes SO indulgent and creamy with fruit that I'm thinking it must be naughty.

My consumption of dairy (0% yoggie, fromage frais etc) has gone up 100% since starting SW and I seem to be eating loads of food on EE - I'll find out when I weigh myself whether or not I am doing it right I suppose but usually, if things seem too good to be true, they usually are

fromage blanc is pretty much the same as fromage frais.

As long as it is 0% fat then you can have it as free.
