I add 1whole tub quark with 1 packet of options (I use White choc 1) a few tbs sweetener and an egg blend it all together with a hand blender yummy x

hmm sounds good might use standard choc and have a pile of rasberries on top

Just tried this for 1st time and its delicious...very filling too! In fact i've saved half for supper :)

My consultant mentioned something simlar using total FF yoghurt, might try this as it does sound yummy!

My c suggested makin this into a cheesecake. Take 1 high fi bar or an Alpert light n squash with a rolling pin to make the base n then put the quark on top. Haven't tried it yet but it's on my to do list!!

Just made the pudding! Used cadbury dark chocolate highlights, yummy just dipping some strawberries in it now.... Tastes amazing!
