250g fromage frais
3 eggs. separated
6 to 8 tsp slender/canderel
vanilla essence to taste 1/4 bottle
method
whisk egg whites until very firm and then slowly add the sugar. whisk egg yokes with vanilla. whisk fromage frais and then foold into rest. pour into freezer dish and freeze. it does get quite solid so take out 10 mins before serving
special occassions add glass of ameretto but count the drink syn.

Low syn choc cake
5 scan brans
3 beaten eggs
1 level tbsp of golden syrup
1 oz cocoa powder
1/2 mug of sweatner
Soak the scan bran in boiling water to soften, then drain and mash.
mix all the other ingredients in a mircrowave bowl.
mircowave for 7 mins on high. When cooked the cake will be springy to the touch and will have pulled away from the sides.
filling use the quark and nuttella whisked with from frais ( 4 syns)
Or free topping, pile with defrosted frozen forest fruits.
