Quark ideas for a pasta sauce

Hi,

Today I mixed quark with 1tbsp of red pesto(2.5 syns) and just stirred it through hot pasta and it was nice.
I just wondered if anyone else has any other idea's to mix quark with to make a yummy free or low syn sauce please?

A favourite pasta sauce of mine is to fry some onions and a lot of garlic with bacon, then add some mushrooms, then some tinned tomatoes/passata and herbs. I expect if you added quark it would be lovely.

well creme fraiche is lovely with bacon, onions and mushrooms so instead of creme fraiche use quark which i bet is just as nice

I fry some onions and garlic and add some spinach then mix in the quark and stir till it nice and soft and creamy. You can add a bit of bacon if you like x

try this stuffed in chicken and wrapped in bacon, mmmm lovely
