Quark ideas?

Hi...finally remembers to buy some quark....and now I can't remember what I was going to do with it.
Can anyone give me some ideas please

Add sweetner & use as a cream for fruit & meringue, add cheese & use as a spread on toast, ryvita's, hmmmmmmm can't remember what else.

Thank you ...im off bread at the mo...it's my weakness...
I've used some in a quiche and some in a pasta dish tonight....it's ok...but would welcome more suggestions x
