Quark? please help!

I cannot buy Quark in cancun :cry: and i know its a free food. What would you suggest as a replacement? would something like philadelphia work? Im not sure...

I THINK I saw on an international forum that someone used 'extra extra light phili'...but I don't think I've ever seen such a thing?

If you use the lowest fat cream cheese you can find, even if it isn't 'free' it's bound to be low enough syns that you could easily take it into account with your daily syns.

Why not try and use cottage cheese that you have blended in food processor or food blender, here we can get a smooth cottage cheese and its very much like quark, you can add it to food just like quark. xxx

extra light philly or similar will work just the same as quark, you could even try silken tofu.
