Quark question - success

Hi everyone, about 6 wks ago I bought a few tubs of quark in NI at Tesco. I divided each tub into 4 portions, wrapped in foil and put into freezer. A week later, I defrosted one and used it to make Spaghetti Carbonara and it was perfect . Now I hope to use another tomorrow, hopefully it will still be useable. Just wanted to share...

Oh super! I often have to throw quark away as I don't use a full tub and I loathe throwing food away!

Freezing quark works!

Hi guys, just to let you know that the quark, frozen 6 wks ago was in perfect condition when I defrosted it yesterday, for my SW Creamy Spaghetti Carbonara - :clap:

I'm now on a mission to find more quark recipes.
