Quark Recipes?

Hi

Bought some Quark today as seen loads of ladies on here talking about it but wonder if anyone has any nice easy recipes to use it in, savoury though not sweet? I dont eat alot of sweet stuff so wonder if any1 has any ideas on how I can use it!?

Use it to make quiche instead of cottage cheese

Mix strong cheese into it and leave it in the fridge overnight for a dip. It takes on the flavour of whatever you add. Or try roasted peppers, garlic.

People use it in lasagne etc ive not tried.

There's lots of uses in various recipes online or in the SW books

Do not taste it plain it will put you off as its tasteless.

I mix it up with a little salt, some bacon and a finely chopped red onion (or spring onion), some garlic granules and stuff a chicken breast with it.
You could then use an egg and cover it with fresh breadcrumbs (HeB) and stick it in the oven.
