hi i want to make a cake recipe i found on here which uses quark. what is it? a type of butter? and where abouts would i find it in a morrisons or other supermarket!!? :]] thanks!

Quark is a very low fat form of spread cheese, and is Free on all SW plans - and it's very versatile too.

You can get it in Tesco at 58p a tub and I believe Morrison's sell it too.

It's usually found on the cottage cheese and spread cheese shelves.

Quark will change your life!!!

You can make dips, sauces, bake with it (makes a great cheesecake) and lots more stuff!!!

found it! it was near the cheese! didnt mind the taste of quark with the cake, its just a shame the cake didnt turn out to well! Stupid egg whites :s!
