Quark

crazycrafter

I have collar bones!
I live in a rural area, and cannot get Quark here at all - I can order a case of it, but that would be a complete waste of time & money.

Are there any alternatives to it?

I've also looked to see if I can buy it online, but no such luck...

Tesco sell it, I wonder if you do an online shop, ring customer service and tell them that the product is in store and could they manually add it to you order, worth a try

VLF fromage frais is the same, isn't it? I've just started using one (it's French, so sorry can't help with brand) but I checked out ingredients and labelling info. Discovered my old Quark had 6g of fat in 100g  while this one has 0.1g :). Everything else is exactly the same and it hasn't altered my weight loss (as in, I've kept losing).

The Spanish versions are labelled as "queso fresco" or "queso blanco" - fresh cheese or white cheese. Perhaps looking for something like that will help?
