Day one on WW and not feeling to shabby! Was dreading lunch because I thought I'd be starving but it went better than I expected and I'm actually looking forward to dinner!! :p

Day two on WW and feeling a little down today when I come into work and one of the girls is eating a GIANT piece of chocolate cake. :sigh: However...I'm determined.

I don't know how I made it through last night but I did! :D Stupid husband to be having a chinese in front of me and the smell alone was enough to make me want to chew my own arm off. I had to leave the room! I plan on using some of my weeklies to have some vino tonight as a treat! Come into work this morning and someone had left a crunchie on my desk. What are you trying to do to me people!!!​

Thanks Ruth. Not going to give in. Keep dreaming of my glass of vino for later. :D I can tell weekends are going to be so hard. I'm used to eating out from breakfast to dinner.

WW Friendly Onion Rings

Recipe for Onion Rings which is only 2 points! Could someone tell me if this is correct? Thanks! :D

What you need:
4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs (2 points)
1 large onion (0 points)
salt and pepper (0 points)
beaten egg white (0 points)
two sprays of low fat oil spray (0 points)

Cut Onion into rings
Season breadcrumbs with salt and pepper (you can add a pinch of mixed herbs if you like)
Dip onion rings into white egg wash and then roll in breadcrumbs
Place on a oven safe dish and two light sprays of low fat oil spray

Bake at 180 for 30 minutes

Yayyy! With Monday out of the way feeling much more positive about the week ahead. I found yesterday a bit difficult because I was having a hungry day. :eek:

Did you make the onion rings? How were they? Looks like your calculations are correct, they sound yummy with very few points!

Hey Ruth,

I made them at the weekend and they were YUMMY! :p They tasted like onion rings too!! You should definitely try them! They tasted too good to be only 2 points though. There were loads of them from the one onion!! xxx

I can't believe this breakfast was only 6 pts. It tasted just like a brekkie roll. Yummy! I feel like I'm "cheating" the ww system!!

This tastes just like the pastrami melt in the bagel factory. One of my favourite sandwiches. Yum! Yum!

Always a hard one because this used to be my favourite time of the day. A glass of wine and a take away. It's really weird "cooking" and having a fridge full of food. I feel very grown up!
