I enjoyed them so much Ruth, I'm having them again tonight! It felt like a kids dinner but it was yummy! ;) Those M&S Low Fat sausages are gorgeous too. :p

Husband to be weighed in yesterday and I'm heavier than him. If that's not motivation I don't know what is. I'd hate to squish him.

Yayyy!! 10 pounds off in total. Bold celebration time!! Decided to have one day off not counting so that's today. Will be back on the donkey and radar tomorrow.

Mine too Ruth and so slow on points too but so tasty! Yum! Yum! I plan on having it tomorrow night too. Doesn't feel like a diet dinner at all!

Only a pound off this week which I suppose is good because I'm going in the right direction but I couldn't help but be a little disappointed. :sigh: I'm sure with Paddy's day on Saturday I'll even gain next week!

Ugh!! Having a really down day!!! I haven't eaten (or smoked) but I really want to. There's even tears people!! Tears!! Which really isn't like me. :( I'd murder a bottle of malbec and 20 marlboro lights......

Oh no. Poor you. But just think how good you'll feel when you get up in the morning and know you didn't cave. It must be a nightmare dieting and stopping smoking. When I quit I was at uni eating whatever I felt like - you are a wonder woman!

Know where you're coming from on the malbec. My. All. Time. Favourite. Ever.

Maybe promise yourself if you're good on diet and smoking front all week you can spend some weeklies on a bottle on Friday night? I know I will be! You'll feel great and like you've definitely earned it.

Take yourself off to bed and willpower willpower willpower!
