Hi mash, I posted a similar thread a few weeks ago. And from personal experience, which ended up a few days of two shakes due to bust family life n work,it did me no damage at all. However try not make a habit of it. I never had any yesterday due to being poorly and at my weigh in today the pharmacist said keep up my fluids not to force the shakes down. Don't worry just try n keep the three up,as u may find the hunger comes bk with vengeance if u miss them reguarly. Keep up the good work :)

mmm mash if you had woman from my chemist she would scold you and threaten to take you off plan! check my diary entry for full story, but I dont think it could really do much damage as long as its not a habit x how are you doing anyways on plan?

When on LT - I agreed with Chemist that I buy an extra 3 days worth - just in case! The packs are very balanced to give you all your needs....best of luck!!
