It's my hen night a week on Thursday and I have no intention of being in ketosis at the time as I know it can be dangerous.

My question is, when would be the best time to come out of ketosis and what would be the best way of doing it?

I plan on taking a week off CD as I have my hen night, then married on the Sarurday and my son's Christening on the Sunday. I'll probably try and stick as close as i can to th slimming world rules whilst off CD.

Not here really to answer your ketosis query ~ am sure someone with experience will come along and advise.

Just wanted to say hope you have a lovely wedding and christening and the sun shines for you :)

    Thanks :D

Although if the weather keeps up we'll have to swim there. Not sure if you've seen it on the news but I live in Bentley, where they've been filming about the floods from

They have been and collected our sandbags this morning, so i'm assuming the worst is over. We were one of the lucky ones who didn't get flooded out, though at one point the water was 6 inches from our door. The village is still pretty much cut off though, only residential traffic in and out, and no chance of walking anywhere without waders.
