I am trying a RED DAY today,

I had a slice of wholemeal (medium) Warbatons (sp?) with my breakfast.
In the book it says you can have 2slices from a 400g loaf, mine was from a 800g loaf, so am I only allowed the one or can I have another slice later?

    Thanks

I think the HEB is 57g of wholemeal bread (which I think is two slices from a 800g loaf with the crusts cut off).

    I generally rule that it's one slice from a 800g loaf, 2 from a 400g.

But if you want to weigh it out, you may be entitled to a little more bread in your HEB.

    xx
