Question about Exante

Its the same as Cambridge in as much as its a VLCD consisting of shakes, soups and bars.

You do it online not via a councellor and order it from www.exante.com
 
How do people feel about not having a counsellor? I wonder if a weekly weigh in helps to keep you on track. Having said that I have just not bothered to turn up at ww/sw/cd if I haven't stuck to it!! :D
 
I lost my 4 stone on CD and loved and needed that person on a weekly basis to talk too. It kept me going but now I only need a few lbs off I'm determined to support myself now.

It's fantastic to have a counselor if u need the support.
I'm day 2 today and my tight work trousers are motivating me at the moment lol x

I prefer not having someone who has to weigh me and collect my things, I also think it puts me in control from the very beginning :D
 
I prefer exante to cambridge. I will just be weighing myself weekly.
I'd like to think I don't need to pay someone to help me.
Plus exante is a lot cheaper, and you can have bars in your 1st week xoxoxoxo
 
Thanks a lot guys for the info on exante,i'm going to order a months supply and give it a try,cost is the big issue at the moment,it seems to be about half the price of cambridge so thats a big plus.Hope it tastes as good as cambridge,i dont like nuts so hope the nut and raisen bar is'nt too nutty...thanks and good luck all of u,love the forums,they help a lot for loads of different reasons...cheers jennifer

Really really REALLY glad I discovered Exante, as I was worrying about the costs of Cambridge! My partner and I are going to do it together, so we'll have weekly weigh ins and will support each other... I can also see the mini mins site becoming my counsellor anyway, you're all so helpful! Good luck to each and every one of you and here's to me joining in the losses in now less than 3 weeks :D xx
 
i cant wait to start either!! been reading this site on my laptop and on my phone every spare moment I have, its so motivating to see everyone doing so brilliantly, cant wait till i am a part of it...I ordered 2 bumperpacks last wednesday but with the weather and backlog etc im not expecting them until monday really.
