Question about free menu online....

Do I still need to syn while doing the online free week or are syns took into consideration?

hey hun, i dont really understand the Q but any menu sw gives will clearly show you if there are syns in any of the meals or snacks they suggest, however sometimes they will make it completely syn free and only use your HE's so that you have free rein on what to use your syns for. xxx

On the slimming world site there is a free trial menu.
I have followed day 1 but not sure if there are any syns or not.
I may be missing it but I cant see that it says.

Right at the bottom of the free menu it says to have between 5-15 syns a day. It says that some of the meals have suggestions, for example mayonnaise or yorkshire pud - these have the syn values in brackets. It says you can substitute any suggested syns for something else.
Mostly the syns are left up to you in the menus though.

I may be wrong but I think when they use the word 'free' they mean they are giving you the information in it for free wihtout you having to pay for classes or joining online.

As I say, I could well be wrong xx
