Question about freezing homemade syn-free lasagne....

Evening everyone!

I was just wondering if any of you know whether it's ok to freeze the lasagne and use it at a later date?
I know the bolognese part would be fine, but as I've used quark, egg, parsley and mustard (as per a recipe on this forum) for the white sauce, I'm unsure if this is ok.

If not, then the left over lasagne will either have to go in the fridge and be eaten tomorrow, or thrown away!

Thanks in advance.

I recently made a cannelloni with cottage cheese and eggs, which I froze and it was fine to reheat. If it is a sw recipie from the website/mag they usually say if its ok to freeze (have a little snow flake symbol in the mag)

Thanks!

It was someone on this particular forums syn-free recipe....
I'm going to give it a go anyway and hope for the best....I think?! LOL

I've frozen it loads of times but I use ff at yoghurt instead of quark so I'd say yes
